KENINGTONS for themselves and for the Vendor of properties for which Agents they are, give notice that: - The particulars set out in marketing material are a general outline for the guidance of intending purchasers and do not constitute nor constitute part of an offer or contract.
- All descriptions, dimensions, references to condition and necessary permissions for use and occupation and other details are given without responsibility and any intending purchasers or tenants should not rely on them as statements or representations of fact but must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the correctness of each item.
- Neither Keningtons nor any person in its employment has any authority to make or give any representation or warranty whatever in relation to these properties. Unless otherwise stated, all prices and rents are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Neither Keningtons will be liable, in negligence or otherwise, for any loss arising from the use of marketing particulars.
